Housing Element
The City of Santa Maria Community Development Department is preparing an update to the Housing Element of the City of Santa Maria General Plan. The updated Housing Element will serve as the City’s policy document regarding the development, maintenance, and improvement of housing for all economic segments of the City’s residents for the next eight years, beginning in 2023.
Information regarding the Housing Element update process, upcoming public meetings and workshops, and the current adopted Housing Element, is available on the City’s website: www.cityofsantamaria.org/housingelement.
