Final General Plan and EIR
The City of Santa Maria’s Final General Plan and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) are now available. The General Plan sets the City’s direction for the next 20 years, balancing the preservation of Santa Maria’s unique character with opportunities for new housing and jobs. The EIR analyzes the potential environmental impacts of implementing the General Plan and identifies ways to mitigate those impacts.

Upcoming community events for the adoption of the General Plan and EIR are detailed here.
